Bob started his programming career building websites with PHP and automating repetitive tasks in the finance department. In 2010 he joined Oracle where he built web tools reducing time-to-resolution of support engineers. In 2012 he moved from Perl to Python creating a diagnostic framework that played a key role in the X86 support automation. He recently transferred to Construction Engineering where he currently works on Oracle's Textura Payment Management Cloud Service. Bob is a passionate Pythonista: he co-founded PyBites, a Python blog featuring articles, code challenges, and news. He enjoys learning and teaching Python, growing its awesome community.
