Tanya has liked Python since first using it in 2011. She later became an even bigger fan of its community in 2014, when the Chicago Python user group embraced both her and her (very sick) mother at local events. She's used the language for fun and profit mostly in backend and data science applications, and coauthored the print version of Kenneth Reitz's Hitchhiker's Guide to Python.
