Shohei Hido is VP of Research at Preferred Networks, Inc. He received M.S in Informatics from Kyoto University in Japan, 2006. He has worked at IBM Research in Tokyo for six years in machine learning and its applications to many industries. After joining Preferred Infrastructure in 2012, he has worked on many projects and software on machine learning. After serving for three years at Preferred Networks America, he is now managing and supporting research activities.
