The purpose of this openspace is to bring together people from all disciplines doing scientific computing in Python. Topics of special interest to us include

• Numerical math software in Python.
• Combining Python with high-performance code written in languages like C, C++, and Fortran.
• Using Python in a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment
• Storing, querying, processing, and visualizing lots of data.
