Tracy Teal
Tracy is the Executive Director of Data Carpentry and an adjunct assistant professor at Michigan State University. Data Carpentry is a sibling organization of Software Carpentry and is focused on training researchers the skills and perspective needed for effective data management and analysis. Tracy's research is in microbial ecology and metagenomics, and she has developed and contributed to many open source bioinformatics projects.
