Ariel M'ndange-Pfupfu

Ariel started his data science career at a DC startup before joining Capital One. He's worked on a diverse array of projects using all sorts of workflows, ranging from machine learning in Scikit-learn and Spark to prototyping web apps with Flask. He received a Bachelor's in Physics from Stanford and a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from Northwestern before deciding to make the switch to industry, and he really enjoys the challenges of design thinking and matching the business problem to the right tool. In his spare time he enjoys travel, strategy games, and practicing French.
