You are welcome to use this wifi at no additional cost, but it is shared with all of the attendees. If you wish to order your own dedicated internet, please see the Palais des Congres order forms (linked above). ### Swag Bag Inserts Bag inserts should be sent with the specific label of SWAG BAG INSERTS (the purple shipping labels in this sponsor manual). Please send 2200 inserts. When picking your swag bag item, please keep in mind that most people will have to pack the item into their suitcase/backpack for traveling. ### Exhibition Floor The **Exhibit Hall** will be located in **Hall 220DE** in the **Palais des Congres**. The Exhibit Hall will be located outside of Registration and in close proximity to all the sessions. The Opening Reception and all Breaks will be located in the Exhibit Hall. These are the high traffic parts of PyCon and will bring in 98%-100% of all attendees onto the floor. Please be sure to staff your booth during the breaks: https://us.pycon.org/2014/schedule/talks/ Keep in mind that the expo floor opens for the Opening Reception at 6pm Thursday, April 10, 2014. Move-in for the Exhibit Hall begins on Thursday, April 10th at 10:00am until 6:00pm. Please have your booth ready and staffed for the Opening Reception. The expo floor with booths continues until Saturday, April 12, 2014 5pm. **Move-out for the Exhibit hall begins at 5:00pm Saturday, April 12th. Everything needs to be cleared out by 7pm.** At this point, we transform the Expo Hall into the Job Fair (details for the job fair below). Please use the appropriate shipping labels for your EXHIBITION FREIGHT (the black shipping labels in this sponsor manual). We kindly ask that you do not pack bag inserts and banners with your exhibition freight since we stuff bags and hang banners before you get to your booth for setup. The best way to avoid us not receiving your things in time is to ship each item separately with appropriate shipping label. #### Exhibition Floor Times * **Expo with booths:** Thursday, April 10, 2014 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm * **Expo with booths:** Friday, April 11, 2014 - 10:00am to 5:00pm * **Expo with booths:** Saturday, April 12, 2013 - 10:00am to 5:00pm NOTE: You have an option to opt-out of the Booth Space in the Exhibit Hall. However, **if you do not opt-out before the start of the conference and leave your booth empty, a fee will be applied to your sponsorship**. This can be arranged with our Event Coordinator, Ewa Jodlowska (email@example.com). ### Job Fair In previous years, we have had an amazing turn out at our Job Fair. Many companies found good prospects during the three hour event, some receiving hundreds of resumes in a short time. In 2014, the Job Fair will be **Sunday, April 13th**. It will be located in **Exhibit Hall 220DE** in the **Palais des Congres**. Booths from the exhibition portion of the conference will be dismantled and shipped out the night before the Job Fair. For the Job Fair each participant will have a 6 foot table setup with 2 chairs. Whatever material you may need for the Job Fair, please be sure to take it with you after the expo floor closes Saturday, April 12 or ask GES to hang onto it for the following day. If you will be shipping items just for the JOB FAIR, please use the appropriate shipping label (the turquoise label in this sponsor manual) so we know for what day the items are needed. No electricity will be provided for the Job Fair. NOTE: **Participating sponsors will have a six foot table and chairs set aside for them; we do not use booths during the Job Fair.** You are welcome to have a standing banner or customized table cloth. Give aways/flyers are also welcome. Power will not be provided. ### PyCon Auction If your organization will be donating items for the PyCon Auction, the items should be received by the staff no later than Friday, April 11, 2014 since the event will take place on Saturday, April 12. The items can be brought to the staff office at the Palais des Congres (room 515A). ### Banners The BANNER is for hanging in the plenary session room. The rigging costs are covered by PyCon, you just have to supply the banner with grommets on the long side. This is not the banners you hang in your exhibition booth. All 12'x2' banners should have grommets on top for hanging (on the long side). We will start hanging the banners 7:00am on Thursday, April 10, 2014. If your personnel will be delivering the banners personally to the staff office, please make sure they arrive before Thursday. If you will be shipping your BANNER, please use the appropriate shipping label (the pink shipping label found in this sponsor manual). Many of the sponsors head back home before we dismantle the banners. If necessary, we will ship back banners to those sponsors who supply us with a shipping account to use. We are no longer accepting new items or updates.
