### Sponsor Registration and Housing

### PyCon Internet
We as a conference provide wifi in all of the conference space including the expo. You are welcome to use this wifi at no additional cost, but it is shared with all of the attendees. If you wish to order your own dedicated internet, please see the [Oregon Convention Center online order forms](https://www.oregoncc.org/exhibitors/order-services/view/377).
### Shipping to PyCon
We prefer that all shipments are sent to the advanced warehouse instead of the Oregon Convention Center. This helps us ensure that we receive your material in time and that it does not get lost/misplaced. The advanced warehouse is open to receive PyCon packages from April to May 25th, 2016 Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. **Deadline to receive material for PyCon is May 25, 2016**.

### Job Fair NOTE: **Participating sponsors will have a six foot table and chairs set aside for them; we do not use booths during the Job Fair.** You are welcome to have a standing banner or customized table cloth. Give aways/flyers are also welcome. Power will not be provided. The Job Fair will take place on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in Expo Hall A at the Oregon Convention Center. The event is from 10:00am until 1:00pm. Morning refreshments and lunch will be served during the event. Set up for the Job Fair begins at 8:00am on June 1, 2016 in Expo Hall A. If you have anything shipped for your Job Fair table that is clearly marked, the boxes will be placed underneath your job fair table. ### PyCon Auction If your organization will be donating items for the PyCon Auction, the items should be received by the staff no later than Monday, May 30, 2016 since the event will take place on Tuesday, May 31. The items can be brought to the staff office at the Oregon Convention Center (room C125). [Email us](mailto:pycon-sponsors@python.org) if you have any questions or if you wish to ship your donation to us. All auction proceeds go to [Pyladies](http://www.pyladies.com/). ### Banners The BANNER is for hanging in the plenary session room. The rigging costs are covered by PyCon, you just have to supply the banner with grommets on the long side. This is a separate banner from the one you hang in your exhibit booth. The banner for the plenary session room should be 12'x2'. You are welcome to send us a different style and we will hang it where we can, but we cannot guarantee that it will be hanging with the other 12'x2' banners. You can ship us a banner to have displayed in the General Session/Plenary room. GES can provide the service of printing and delivering the banner for $312. Please upload your graphic for the banner to GES's FTP site. All 12'x2' banners should have grommets on top for hanging on the long side (12' top side). If your personnel will be delivering the banners personally to the staff office, please make sure they arrive before Sunday May 29, 2016. If you will be shipping your BANNER, please use the appropriate shipping label (the blue shipping label found in this sponsor manual). Please also provide a shipping form/instructions for returning the banner to you after the conference. If you have personnel staying for the Sprints, they will be able to pick up the banner from the staff office starting on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Deadline to receive shipments at the advanced warehouse: Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

### Swag Bag Inserts
Bag inserts should be sent with the specific label of SWAG BAG INSERTS. Please send 3,100 inserts. When picking your swag bag item, please keep in mind that most people will have to pack the item into their suitcase/backpack for traveling.
### Exhibition Floor
The Exhibit Hall will be located in Exhibit Hall A & B in the Oregon Convention Center. The Exhibit Hall will be located near Registration and in close proximity to all the sessions.
Note: The breakfasts and lunches will also be amongst the booths set up in the Exhibit Hall. Please prepare to have your booths staffed from 8:00am until 5pm. It is mandatory that your booth is staffed for the "active times" (see below).
Move-in for the Exhibit Hall begins on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 8:00am until 6:00pm. There is an opening reception on the Exhibit Floor at 6:00pm on Sunday, May 29th.

Move-out for the Exhibit hall booths begins at 5:00pm Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Everything needs to be cleared out by 7pm. At this point, we transform the Expo Hall into the Job Fair (details for the job fair below). If necessary, we will ship back banners to those sponsors who supply us with a shipping account to use. Further details will be included in the Sponsor Manual.
NOTE: **You have an option to opt-out of the Booth Space in the Exhibit Hall. However, if you do not opt-out before the start of the conference and leave your booth empty, a fee will be applied to your sponsorship. This can be arranged with our Event Coordinator, Ewa Jodlowska (ewa@python.org).**
