PyCon is organized by the Python community for the community. We try to keep registration far cheaper than most comparable technology conferences in order to keep PyCon accessible to the widest group possible. The conference draws a diverse delegation for which we are dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience to everyone. Your sponsorship helps keep PyCon affordable and accessible to the widest possible audience. PyCon is organized by volunteers from the Python community and underwritten by the Python Software Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization set up to manage the growth and development of Python worldwide. #### More information regarding the Expo Hall/Job Fair/Deadlines will be sent out in the Sponsor Manual in January 2016 from our decorator/staff.

#### Exhibit Floor Information and Schedule
The Exhibit Hall will be located in Exhibit Hall C in the Oregon Convention Center.
Once again in 2016 we will be serving breakfast, all breaks, and lunch in the expo hall. We tried this new layout in 2015 and received a positive response from sponsors and attendees. The breakfasts and lunches will also be amongst the booths set up in the Exhibit Hall. Please prepare to have your booths staffed from 8:00am until 5pm. It is mandatory that your booth is staffed for the "active times" (see below).

New in 2016: We have allotted all sponsors time to eat lunch prior to the attendee lunch.
#### Move-in
Begins on Sunday, May 29th at 8:00am until 6:00pm. There is an opening reception on the Exhibit Floor at 6:30pm on Sunday.
#### Exhibit Floor Times
* Sunday, May 29, 2016 – 6:30pm to 9:00pm
- Active time is from 6:30pm until 9:00pm
* Monday, May 30, 2016 – 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Active times are 8:00am until 9:30am, 10:30am until 11:00am, 12:30pm until 1:30pm, and
3:30pm until 4:00pm
* Tuesday, May 31, 2016 – 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Active times are 8:00am until 9:30am, 10:30am until 11:00am, 12:30pm until 1:30pm, and 3:30pm until 4:00pm
#### Move-out
Begins on Tuesday, May 31st at 5:00pm. Everything needs to be cleared out by 7pm. At this point, we transform the Expo Hall into the Job Fair (details for the job fair below).
You have an option to opt-out of the Booth Space in the Exhibit Hall. However, if you do not opt-out before the start of the conference and leave your booth empty, a fee will be applied to your sponsorship. This can be arranged by contacting Ewa Jodlowska:

Job Fair Information
----------------------------
In previous years, we have had an amazing turn out at our Job Fair. Many companies found good prospects during the three hour event, some receiving hundreds of resumes in a short time.
#### Date & Time
* Wednesday, June 1, 2016 – 10:00am to 1:00pm
- Active time is from 10:00am until 1:00pm
#### Location
Exhibit Hall C — Oregon Convention Center
#### Move-in
Begins at 8:00am Wednesday, June 1. The Job Fair is open to attendees from 10:00am to 1:00pm (3 hours).
####Move-out
Begins at 1:00pm. Sponsor material should be cleared out by 3:00pm.
#### Layout
Every participant will have a six foot table and 2 chairs set reserved for them; we do not use booths during the Job Fair. You are welcome to have a standing banner or customized table cloth. Give- aways/flyers are welcome. Power will not be provided and you will have to order your own.
Note: The Expo Hall with booths is a different event than the Job Fair. We do not reuse the Expo Hall booths for the job fair, the entire room is reset Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 5:00pm. Please opt in for either or both events during sign up.
